CCI Filter VTL indicator consists of the normal Commodity Channel Index – CCI indicator and the Moving Average of the CCI itself.

When CCI has bottomed out below zero level and is rising gradually, it implies that the market is rising and is bullish.
On the contrary, when the CCI has peaked and is falling gradually, it implies that the market is falling and is bearish.

Then right-click on the tree and select refresh or restart your client station and you will find under VTL local scripts in your client terminal.
